1. Introduction
Welcome to Pro Voice Recorder: AI Memos ("the App"). The App is operated by Dialogis ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.
2. Services & AI Disclaimer
The App provides audio recording, transcription, and AI-based summarization services.
Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, automated transcription and AI summaries are generated by algorithms and may contain errors. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the resulting text.
Data Processing: Audio data for transcription is processed securely. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers "Pro Access" as monthly or yearly subscriptions, and a "Lifetime" one-time purchase option.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.
Free Tier: The App offers a permanently free tier including 120 minutes of AI transcription per month. No credit card or trial required to start using free features.
4. User Obligations (Lawful Use)
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
Consent: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary consent from all parties involved in a recording, in accordance with your local laws regarding privacy and wiretapping. Recording individuals without their knowledge may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dialogis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data (recordings) or errors in transcription.
6. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
