2.1 Audio Recordings: Your audio recordings are stored locally on your device by default. We do not automatically upload or access your recordings unless you explicitly use cloud backup features.

2.2 Usage Data (TelemetryDeck): Our iOS App uses TelemetryDeck (operated by TelemetryDeck UG, Germany) to collect anonymized analytics that help us improve the App. TelemetryDeck does not collect personally identifiable information — user identifiers are hashed on-device and cannot be traced back to you. The following anonymized events are tracked: app sessions, new installs, onboarding completions, completed recordings (audio format and duration only — never the audio itself), paywall views and outcomes, plan selections, and export events. Each event may include anonymized metadata such as app and system language, region, time zone, device model, OS version, app version, and accessibility preferences. 2.3 Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide. This is used for authentication and account management.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality

• To process AI transcription and summarization (processed on-device or via secure cloud services)

• To improve user experience and develop new features

• To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, or support

• To process payments for premium features

4. AI Processing

When you use AI features (transcription, summarization), your audio may be processed using third-party AI services. We use industry-leading providers with strict privacy standards. Audio sent for AI processing is:

• Encrypted during transmission

• Processed and deleted immediately after transcription

• Never used to train AI models without your explicit consent

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent

• With service providers who assist in operating the App (under strict confidentiality agreements)

• To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights

• In connection with a business transfer or acquisition

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
